This notice covers offerclub.app, including app owner inquiries and optional website analytics. The iPhone app has its own app privacy policy. Your website analytics choice does not change your app setting.
Who operates this website
OfferClub is operated by Sharply Labs Ltd. and Storez LLC. Sharply Labs Ltd., Tel Aviv, Israel, is the primary product operator and privacy controller. Storez LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, supports U.S. operations and contracting where applicable. App owner inquiries
If you submit an app, we collect your name, contact email, App Store link, proposed offer, submission time and the version of the privacy notice acknowledged. We use this information to assess the proposal, respond and manage the potential relationship. We record its handling status. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing or publish your app.
Inquiries are stored in our access-controlled Firebase service in the United States and available to authorized administrators. They are deleted manually; there is no automatic expiry. We review ongoing need and remove details when they are no longer necessary, subject to legal obligations or a justified need to retain records. You may request earlier deletion. A minimal non-content receipt can remain to prevent a repeated request from recreating deleted details.
We use Resend to notify our team that a proposal has arrived. The notification contains a link to the private admin, not your name, email, app link or proposal text. If email delivery fails, the saved proposal remains available to our team.
Optional website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only after you choose Accept analytics. Before that choice, or if you decline, we do not load the Google Analytics script. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences below or in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops future measurement in this browser and clears the website’s accessible Google Analytics cookies. It does not automatically erase information Google already received.
With permission, analytics can measure page views, visits to the App Store link, the start of an app proposal and confirmed submission. Google processes a pseudonymous browser identifier and technical information such as browser, device, session and approximate geography. We do not include form text, names, emails, inquiry identifiers or query strings in our analytics events. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google signals for this website.
The consent choice is saved locally in your browser. Google Analytics may set its own cookies after acceptance. The intended event-level retention for the website stream’s property is 14 months; aggregated reports may remain longer. We do not attempt to link website activity to your OfferClub app account.

Operation, security and service providers
Vercel hosts the website; Google/Firebase stores and processes inquiries; Resend handles the internal notification. These providers may process technical connection and security logs. To limit abusive submissions, we process a network address and store short-lived protected rate-limit values instead of placing a raw IP address in the inquiry. Essential security and preference storage does not depend on analytics consent.
We process inquiries to respond to your request and pursue legitimate business communications, as applicable. Optional analytics relies on your choice. Security, legal compliance and protection of the service can involve legitimate interests or legal obligations. Providers may process data outside your country, including the United States, using the applicable contractual safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent or complain to your data protection authority. Email us to exercise a right. We may need proportionate verification, and legal exceptions may apply. We do not sell your submitted personal information.
Links, age and updates
Apple, app developers and other linked websites operate under their own notices. OfferClub is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit information if you are under 18. We may update this notice as the website changes; the date above identifies this version. A material change that requires a new choice will be presented separately.
