These terms apply to offerclub.app and its app owner inquiry form. OfferClub is operated by Sharply Labs Ltd. and Storez LLC. Sharply Labs Ltd., Tel Aviv, Israel, is the primary product operator. Storez LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, supports U.S. operations and contracting where applicable. Contact support@sharplyapp.com.
Use of the OfferClub iPhone app is covered separately by the app terms. Our website privacy notice explains information handling. Agreeing to terms is not a substitute for separate analytics consent.
Using the website
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement to use the service or submit a business proposal. If you act for an app or organization, you must be authorized. Use the website lawfully; do not impersonate others, submit misleading material, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access or overload the service.
Offers and app availability
OfferClub arranges offers with app developers. “Exclusive” describes offers arranged for the club; it is not a guarantee of the lowest price anywhere. There is no paid membership or member-only redemption gate in the current version. Apple and the issuing developer control eligibility, territory, pricing, redemption, renewals and access.
App screenshots and featured app examples illustrate the product. They are not a live offer feed or a promise that a shown offer is currently available. Read current terms in OfferClub and Apple’s final interface. Coming soon means that a public download is not yet being offered here; no launch date or entitlement is promised.
Submitting an app
Provide an accurate App Store link, contact details and a short proposed offer. Do not include passwords, keys, confidential code or unnecessary personal information. You retain your rights in the materials and permit us to use the submission to review and respond to your proposal.
Submitting is an inquiry, not a publication, advertising purchase, license to publish your materials publicly, or a partnership agreement. It does not guarantee acceptance, placement, downloads, views, redemptions or a response within a particular time. Publication and commercial arrangements, if any, are agreed separately. App owners remain responsible for their apps and the offer terms and entitlements they provide.
Content and independent services
OfferClub’s original site content and branding belong to the applicable operator or its licensors. Third-party app names, icons and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may use the website for its intended informational and inquiry purposes; other use is subject to applicable law and permissions.
Apple, Google, Vercel, Resend and third-party app developers are independent services. OfferClub is not sponsored or endorsed by Apple or Google. Their services have their own terms and privacy notices. Editorial content provides general product information, not a promise about a specific transaction.
Availability, responsibility and changes
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted, changed or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
We may restrict abusive use and update these terms when the service changes. Material changes apply as permitted by law and will be communicated where required. These website terms do not alter any separate signed agreement with an app owner.
